Through workshops, retreats, and intimate gatherings, I create spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build self-trust -especially during times of transition or change.
Each event is a deeply nourishing experience that weaves together psychology, mindfulness, somatic practices, and connection to create meaningful shifts. These spaces may include movement, guided reflection, nervous-system-aware practices, and connection with like-minded women walking a similar path.
