My Approach

When life doesn’t look the way you thought it would, it’s natural to feel like something is wrong with you or as though you’re failing. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are not broken and don’t need fixing - you are whole, even when things feel messy or uncertain. A (w)holistic approach brings together the mind, body, and soul, helping you understand how each part of you responds during transitional moments, so you can move through change feeling less overwhelmed, less self-critical, and more connected to yourself.

Holistic Coaching

Holistic Coaching recognises that when you’re navigating change, uncertainty, or inner conflict, it’s rarely just a mindset issue. Every part of you is interconnected — so what affects the mind also affects the body and your sense of self.

MIND:

In times of uncertainty, the mind often works overtime - replaying the past, worrying about the future, questioning every decision.

We'll explore how your thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and emotional patterns have been shaped by your experiences, and how they could be keeping you stuck in loops of overthinking, self-doubt, or pressure to "figure it all out."

Rather than forcing positive thinking, this work helps to understand your inner narrative and build emotional resilience, so your mind becomes a source of clarity, not constant noise.

BODY:

When life feels unsettled, your body often knows before your mind does.

Tension, anxiety, exhaustion, shutdown, restlessness - these aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're signals that your nervous system is responding to prolonged stress, misalignment, or unprocessed emotion.

Through somatic awareness, breathwork, and embodied practices, we learn to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. This restores a sense of safety and self-trust, and breaks cycles and patterns that can't be shifted through thinking alone.

This is often the missing piece.

SOUL:

During periods of transition, it's common to feel disconnected from who you are, or not know where to turn next.

The soul work isn't about discovering a big new purpose or life calling. It's about reconnecting with what genuinely lights you up & what feels true for you now - especially if an old identity, life chapter or version of yourself has fallen away.

When you feel lost, it’s often because you’ve drifted away from yourself. Reconnecting with who you are & what matters to you helps you find direction again - not based on what you think you should do, but on what actually feels aligned and meaningful to you.

Why This Chapter of Life Feels So Hard

When you’re navigating loss, transition, or know that something needs to change, it’s easy to believe you should be able to figure it out on your own.

Maybe you’ve even tried - journaling, self-help books, or even worked with a therapist or coach. You understand what’s happening on an intellectual level — yet the overthinking doesn't stop, the tension doesn't ease, the stuck feeling remains.

That's because this kind of transition can't be solved by the mind alone.

When life shifts, your nervous system responds. The body holds onto emotion, stress, grief, and pressure — even when the mind is trying to move forward.

Old fears and patterns often resurface during these moments — not because you’re going backwards, but because your system is trying to protect you while things feel uncertain and unfamiliar.

This is why insight alone isn’t always enough. Understanding what’s happening can help, but real change begins when your mind, body, and inner sense of what matters are all supported together.

My approach brings those parts together so nothing is worked on in isolation. When your thoughts are understood, your nervous system is supported, and what matters to you is brought back into focus, things begin to settle. You gain clarity, feel steadier, and can make decisions without fighting or second-guessing yourself.

Explore 1:1 Coaching

Many of us feel disconnected, stuck, or uncertain because we’ve been conditioned to look outside ourselves for answers. The support I offer isn’t just about setting goals or changing habits - it’s about turning inward, making sense of what you’re experiencing, and understanding yourself more deeply, so you can move through change in a way that feels authentic to you.

You are not a problem to be solved — but a soul to be seen, a body to be felt, and a mind to be understood.
